An implementation of the Super Learner prediction algorithm from van der Laan, Polley, and Hubbard (2007) <doi:10.2202/1544-6115.1309 using the 'mlr3' framework.

Install

install.packages("mlr3superlearner", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

sudo apt install -y r-cran-mlr3superlearner

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
