Bayesian Survival models via the mixture of Log-Normal distribution extends the well-known survival models and accommodates different behaviour over time and considers higher censored survival times. The proposal combines mixture distributions Fruhwirth-Schnatter(2006) doi:10.1007/s11336-009-9121-4, and data augmentation techniques Tanner and Wong (1987) doi:10.1080/01621459.1987.10478458.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-lnmixsurv

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
