Determining consensus seriations for binary incidence matrices, using a two-step process of Procrustes-fit correspondence analysis for heuristic selection of partial seriations and iterative regression to establish a single consensus. Contains the Lakhesis Calculator, a graphical platform for identifying seriated sequences. Install

install.packages("lakhesis", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
