Provides an l1-version of the spectral clustering algorithm devoted to robustly clustering highly perturbed graphs using l1-penalty. This algorithm is described with more details in the preprint C. Champion, M. Champion, M. Blazère, R. Burcelin and J.M. Loubes, "l1-spectral clustering algorithm: a spectral clustering method using l1-regularization" (2022).

Install

install.packages("l1spectral", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-l1spectral

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
