The goal of 'kronos' is to provide an easy-to-use framework to analyse circadian or otherwise rhythmic data using the familiar R linear modelling syntax, while taking care of the trigonometry under the hood.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from thomazbastiaanssen/kronos. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-kronos

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
