A unified software package simultaneously implemented in 'Python', 'R', and 'Matlab' providing a uniform and internally-consistent way of calculating stoichiometric equilibrium constants in modern and palaeo seawater as a function of temperature, salinity, pressure and the concentration of magnesium, calcium, sulphate, and fluorine.

Install

install.packages("kgen", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-kgen

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
