Provide routines for filtering and smoothing, forecasting, sampling and Bayesian analysis of Dynamic Generalized Linear Models using the methodology described in Alves et al. (2024)doi:10.48550/arXiv.2201.05387 and dos Santos Jr. et al. (2024)doi:10.48550/arXiv.2403.13069.

Install

install.packages("kDGLM", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from silvaneojunior/kDGLM. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
