Generate interactive volcano plots for exploring gene expression data. Built with 'ggplot2', the plots are rendered interactive using 'ggiraph', enabling users to hover over points to display detailed information or click to trigger custom actions.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from YuLab-SMU/ivolcano. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-ivolcano

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
