Calculation of key bacterial growth curve parameters using fourth degree polynomial functions. Six growth curve parameters are provided including peak growth rate, doubling time, lag time, maximum growth, and etc. 'ipolygrowth' takes time series data from individual biological samples (with technical replicates) or multiple samples.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from kivanvan/ipolygrowth. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
