The goal is to improve a permutation-based approach (R package: 'pARI') for simultaneous inference on the true discovery proportion by a branch-and-bound algorithm. It is designed to return a list with a bracketing for the true discovery proportion, rather than a single lower bound from 'pARI'. For more details see Andreella. A (2023) doi:10.1002/sim.9725.

Install

R (CRAN)Ubuntu (r2u)Fedora (COPR)

install.packages("impARI", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-impARI

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
