An open source library for face detection in images. Provides a pretrained convolutional neural network based on https://github.com/ShiqiYu/libfacedetection which can be used to detect faces which have size greater than 10x10 pixels.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from bnosac/image. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
