Audio interactivity within 'shiny' applications using 'howler.js'. Enables the status of the audio player to be sent from the UI to the server, and events such as playing and pausing the audio can be triggered from the server.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-howler

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
