Mediation analysis is used to identify and quantify intermediate effects from factors that intervene the observed relationship between an exposure/predicting variable and an outcome. We use a Bayesian adaptive lasso method to take care of the hierarchical structures and high dimensional exposures or mediators.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-hdbma

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
