Integrates with your 'RMarkdown' documents to automatically publish figures to the https://GoFigr.io service. Supports both 'knitr' and interactive execution within 'RStudio'.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from GoFigr/gofigR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-gofigR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
