Add trendline and confidence interval of linear or nonlinear regression model and show equation to 'ggplot' as simple as possible. For a general overview of the methods used in this package, see Ritz and Streibig (2008) doi:10.1007/978-0-387-09616-2 and Greenwell and Schubert Kabban (2014) doi:10.32614/RJ-2014-009.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from PhDMeiwp/ggtrendline. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-ggtrendline

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
