The 'vegan' package includes several functions for adding features to ordination plots: ordiarrows(), ordiellipse(), ordihull(), ordispider() and ordisurf(). This package adds these same features to ordination plots made with 'ggplot2'. In addition, gg_ordibubble() sizes points relative to the value of an environmental variable.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from jfq3/ggordiplots. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
