A quick and easy way of plotting the columns of two matrices or data frames against each other using 'ggplot2'. Although 'ggmatplot' doesn't provide the same flexibility as 'ggplot2', it can be used as a workaround for having to wrangle wide format data into long format for plotting with 'ggplot2'.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from xuan-liang/ggmatplot. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-ggmatplot

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
