Geometry shapes in 'R' are typically represented by matrices (points, lines), with more complex shapes being lists of matrices (polygons). 'Geometries' will convert various 'R' objects into these shapes. Conversion functions are available at both the 'R' level, and through 'Rcpp'.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
