Provides a suite of methods for detecting influential subjects in longitudinal datasets, particularly when observations occur at irregular time points. The methods identify individuals whose response trajectories deviate significantly from the population pattern, enabling detection of anomalies or subjects exerting undue influence on model outcomes.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-flassomsm

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
