Transform output files of some tools to the 'microtable' object of 'microtable' class in 'microeco' package. The 'microtable' class is the basic class in 'microeco' package and is necessary for the downstream microbial community data analysis.

Install

install.packages("file2meco", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ChiLiubio/file2meco. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

sudo apt install -y r-cran-file2meco

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
