A fast, flexible tool for generating disease surveillance reports from data exported from 'EpiTrax', a central repository for epidemiological data used by public health officials. It provides functions to manipulate 'EpiTrax' datasets, tailor reports to internal or public use, and export reports in CSV, Excel 'xlsx', or PDF formats.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from EpiForeSITE/epitraxr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
