Basic sensitivity analysis of the observed relative risks adjusting for unmeasured confounding and misclassification of the exposure/outcome, or both. It follows the bias analysis methods and examples from the book by Fox M.P., MacLehose R.F., and Lash T.L. "Applying Quantitative Bias Analysis to Epidemiologic Data, second ed.", ('Springer', 2021).

Install

install.packages("episensr", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-episensr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
