The interface package to access data from the 'EpiGraphDB' https://epigraphdb.org platform. It provides easy access to the 'EpiGraphDB' platform with functions that query the corresponding REST endpoints on the API https://api.epigraphdb.org and return the response data in the 'tibble' data frame format.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from MRCIEU/epigraphdb-r. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-epigraphdb

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
