Coalescent-Based Simulation of Ecological Communities as proposed by Munoz et al. (2018) doi:10.1111/2041-210X.12918. The package includes a tool for estimating parameters of community assembly by using Approximate Bayesian Computation.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from frmunoz/ecolottery. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
