Implements survival proximity score matching in multi-state survival models. Includes tools for simulating survival data and estimating transition-specific coxph models with frailty terms. The primary methodological work on multistate censored data modeling using propensity score matching has been published by Bhattacharjee et al.(2024) doi:10.1038/s41598-024-54149-y.

Install

install.packages("dscoreMSM", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-dscoreMSM

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
