Allows you to define rules which can be used to verify a given dataset. The package acts as a thin wrapper around more powerful data packages such as 'dplyr', 'data.table', 'arrow', and 'DBI' ('SQL'), which do the heavy lifting.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from DavZim/dataverifyr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-dataverifyr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
