Doubly robust methods for evaluating surrogate markers as outlined in: Agniel D, Hejblum BP, Thiebaut R & Parast L (2022). "Doubly robust evaluation of high-dimensional surrogate markers", Biostatistics doi:10.1093/biostatistics/kxac020. You can use these methods to determine how much of the overall treatment effect is explained by a (possibly high-dimensional) set of surrogate markers.

Install

install.packages("crossurr", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-crossurr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
