Bindings to 'qpdf': 'qpdf' (https://qpdf.sourceforge.io/) is a an open-source PDF rendering library that allows to conduct content-preserving transformations of PDF files such as split, combine, and compress PDF files.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from pachadotdev/cpp11qpdf. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.
