Computes the coverage correlation coefficient introduced in doi:10.48550/arXiv.2508.06402 , a statistical measure that quantifies dependence between two random vectors by computing the union volume of data-centered hypercubes in a uniform space.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-covercorr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
