Partitions data points (variables) into communities/clusters, similar to clustering algorithms such as k-means and hierarchical clustering. This package implements a clustering algorithm based on a new metric CORD, defined for high-dimensional parametric or semiparametric distributions. For more details see Bunea et al. (2020), Annals of Statistics doi:10.1214/18-AOS1794.

Install

install.packages("cord", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-cord

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
