Builds co-occurrence matrices based on spatial raster data. It includes creation of weighted co-occurrence matrices (wecoma) and integrated co-occurrence matrices (incoma; Vadivel et al. (2007) doi:10.1016/j.patrec.2007.01.004).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from Nowosad/comat. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
