Calculate p-values and confidence intervals using cluster-adjusted t-statistics (based on Ibragimov and Muller (2010) <DOI:10.1198/jbes.2009.08046>, pairs cluster bootstrapped t-statistics, and wild cluster bootstrapped t-statistics (the latter two techniques based on Cameron, Gelbach, and Miller (2008) <DOI:10.1162/rest.90.3.414>. Procedures are included for use with GLM, plm (pooling or fixed effects), and mlogit models.

Install

install.packages("clusterSEs")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-clusterses

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-clusterSEs

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-clusterSEs

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
