A modern view on the principal component analysis biplot with calibrated axes. Create principal component analysis biplots rendered in HTML with significant reactivity embedded within the plot. Furthermore, the traditional biplot view is enhanced by translated axes with inter-class kernel densities superimposed. For more information on biplots, see Gower, J.C., Lubbe, S. and le Roux, N.J. (2011, ISBN: 978-0-470-01255-0).

Install

R (CRAN)Ubuntu (r2u)Fedora (COPR)openSUSE (OBS)

install.packages("bipl5", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-bipl5

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
