Selecting linear and generalized linear models for large data sets using modified stepwise procedure and modern selection criteria (like modifications of Bayesian Information Criterion). Selection can be performed on data which exceed RAM capacity. Bogdan et al., (2004) doi:10.1534/genetics.103.021683.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from pmszulc/bigstep. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
