Calculation of physical (e.g. aerodynamic conductance, surface temperature), and physiological (e.g. canopy conductance, water-use efficiency) ecosystem properties from eddy covariance data and accompanying meteorological measurements. Calculations assume the land surface to behave like a 'big-leaf' and return bulk ecosystem/canopy variables.

Install

install.packages("bigleaf", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

sudo apt install -y r-cran-bigleaf

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
