Provides WHO Child Growth Standards (z-scores) with confidence intervals and standard errors around the prevalence estimates, taking into account complex sample designs. More information on the methods is available online: https://www.who.int/tools/child-growth-standards.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from WorldHealthOrganization/anthro. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
