Add-on to the 'airGR' package which provides the tools to assimilate observed discharges in daily GR hydrological models. The package consists in two functions allowing to perform the assimilation of observed discharges via the Ensemble Kalman filter or the Particle filter as described in Piazzi et al. (2021) doi:10.1029/2020WR028390.

Install

install.packages("airGRdatassim", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-airGRdatassim

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
