Read in activity measurements from standard file formats used by circadian rhythm researchers, currently only 'ClockLab' format, and process and plot the data. The central type of plot is the actogram, as first described by in "Activity and distribution of certain wild mice in relation to biotic communities" by MS Johnson (1926) doi:10.2307/1373575.

Install

install.packages("actogrammr", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-actogrammr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
