Implements a Bayesian adaptive graphical lasso data-augmented block Gibbs sampler. The sampler simulates the posterior distribution of precision matrices of a Gaussian Graphical Model. This sampler was adapted from the original MATLAB routine proposed in Wang (2012) doi:10.1214/12-BA729.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-abglasso

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
