Provides tools for estimating Zero-Inflated INAR(1) (ZI-INAR(1)) and Hurdle INAR(1) (H-INAR(1)) models using 'Stan'. It allows users to simulate time series data for these models, estimate parameters, and evaluate model fit using various criteria. Functions include model estimation, simulation, and likelihood-based metrics.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-ZIHINAR1

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
