Creates visualization plots for 2D data including ellipse plots, Voronoi tesselation plots, and combined ellipse-Voronoi plots. Designed to visualize class separation in 2D data, raw of from projection techniques like principal component analysis (PCA), partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) or others. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from JornLotsch/voronoi_tesselation_plot. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
