Contains variable, diversity, and joining sequences and accompanying functions that enable both the extraction of and comparison between immune V-D-J genomic segments from a variety of species. Sources include IMGT from MP Lefranc (2009) doi:10.1093/nar/gkn838 and Vgenerepertoire from publication DN Olivieri (2014) doi:10.1007/s00251-014-0784-3.

Install

install.packages("VDJgermlines", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-VDJgermlines

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
