STARMA (Space-Time Autoregressive Moving Average) models are commonly utilized in modeling and forecasting spatiotemporal time series data. However, the intricate nonlinear dynamics observed in many space-time rainfall patterns often exceed the capabilities of conventional STARMA models. This R package enables the fitting of Time Delay Spatio-Temporal Neural Networks, which are adept at handling such complex nonlinear dynamics efficiently. Install

install.packages("TDSTNN", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-TDSTNN

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
