Our method introduces mathematically well-defined measures for tightness of branches in a hierarchical tree. Statistical significance of the findings is determined, for all branches of the tree, by performing permutation tests, optionally with generalized Pareto p-value estimation.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-TBEST

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
