A framework for visualizing and exploring results of a Management Strategy Evaluation (MSE). The publication quality figures and tables can be developed directly from the R console, or interactively explored with the 'Slick' App. For more details, see the 'Slick' website https://slick.bluematterscience.com.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from Blue-Matter/Slick. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-Slick

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
