A simple, one-command package which runs an interactive dashboard capable of common visualizations for single cell RNA-seq. 'SeuratExplorer' requires a processed 'Seurat' object, which is saved as 'rds' or 'qs2' file.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from fentouxungui/SeuratExplorer. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-SeuratExplorer

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
