Tools for retrieving, organizing, and analyzing environmental data from the System Wide Monitoring Program of the National Estuarine Research Reserve System https://cdmo.baruch.sc.edu/. These tools address common challenges associated with continuous time series data for environmental decision making.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from fawda123/SWMPr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-SWMPr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
