We provide a collection of statistical hypothesis testing procedures ranging from classical to modern methods for non-trivial settings such as high-dimensional scenario. For the general treatment of statistical hypothesis testing, see the book by Lehmann and Romano (2005) doi:10.1007/0-387-27605-X.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from kisungyou/SHT. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-SHT

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
