Provides 'C++' header files to deal with color conversion from some color spaces to hexadecimal with 'Rcpp', and exports some color mapping functions for usage in R. Also exports functions to convert colors from the 'HSLuv' color space for usage in R. 'HSLuv' is a human-friendly alternative to HSL.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from stla/RcppColors. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-RcppColors

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
