Conduct simulations of the Response Adaptive Block Randomization (RABR) design to evaluate its type I error rate, power and operating characteristics for binary and continuous endpoints. For more details of the proposed method, please refer to Zhan et al. (2021) doi:10.1002/sim.9104.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tian-yu-zhan/RABR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
